Cassette 5 Seater Sofa Bed

Happy with the sofa. However, very disappointed with the delivery when sofa arrived. An additional payment was made for the delivery to have the sofa put together and packaging removed. The delivery men who brought the sofa did not appear to know how to do their job. They had to be asked to fit the legs on the sofa, they were going to leave it without any legs, when asked, they presented as though this was an inconvenience to them. They didn't have the correct tools to fit the legs so a drill had to be provided for them, my new born grandson was present when the sofa was delivered he was distressed at the time, the delivery men took the attention away from my distressed grandson as they had no idea what they were doing. They lacked customer service, were unhelpful and also didn't click the sofa together so this had to be done by someone else after they finished work. It was a stressful and disappointing experience especially when extra had been paid for the extra help in the delivery process.

Exactly as described, easy and straight forward set up. The seat is firm, lovely cushions. The ottoman and sofa bed are as seen in the photo. It made such a difference to my living room. The underside of the sofa bed, is not asthetical pleasing., but is not seen after set up, so it’s okay. Overall a great purchase!

Great sofa bed. Well made, sturdy and extremely well packed. Everyone who has seen it says it is very modern, very comfortable and very well made. Storage is easy to access and bed is easy to pull out. I am glad I purchased this item.

Well i cannot praise Wayfair any higher than telling my family and friends to buy from Wayfair.
