Dressing Table AURORA II ELITE with mirror and lighting

This is a beautiful dressing table but the service from this supplier has been dreadful. The dressing table arrived at the end of August but the mirror was smashed. Wayfair and the supplier were quick to order us a replacement mirror and we didn’t have to package everything up, which was great. The mirror was meant to arrive a week later and didn’t…I chased it up so they ordered another replacement mirror. Again this didn’t turn up so I contacted them…they ordered me a third replacement mirror…assuring me this one would definitely arrive…it now hasn’t. It’s impossible to actually speak to someone. The people I talk to over WhatsApp seem like AI or they are working from a script. I don’t want to take apart the dressing table we have already built…I just want the mirror to arrive so my daughter has her room finished. We paid over £400 for this and we are still waiting with no sign of an actual resolution. I hate writing this but hoping some good can come if it.

Very unhappy with this delivery. The mirror arrived cracked, screws were missing and also the panels and slats to go around the mirror arrived broken/snapped.
