Englert 5 Seater Corner Sofa

Lovely comfortable sofa, did have an issue with one cushion being baggy but a replacement is on its way!

Originally ordered the sofa around the end of July 2021 and I've only just got it. I got delivered 2/3 parts of the sofa with 1/3 parts being broken. It turns out one of the pieces they delivered was broken. After me constantly contacting Wayfair and getting told different things, I finally got the full sofa (not broken) on the 10th September. The sofa itself is alright but the whole experience has put me off Wayfair completely. Just be aware that if something goes wrong, you'll have to be the one to sort it out, not the company at fault. If you order from Wayfair, be cautious and don't ever accept 2/3 of an order like I did - send it back and wait for the full thing. The rating 3/5 is for the sofa, but service from Wayfair and delivery would be 1/5

Absolute nightmare to put together ,my husband and I are both in our seventies ,we had to borrow a drill to get feet secured on .We’re feet are supposed to go bad finishing material crumpled so really hard to get feet attached evenly .

Beautiful sofa, perfect for family use. Comfortable and easy to assemble.

Arrived when they said it would, with plenty of packaging around it. We built it together with no problems and exactly what we expected. Delivery drivers had to do door step delivery due to virus but they hung around for us to check the product before leaving.
