From start to finish I'm very pleased with my purchase. Bought this for my son and love that it has both lumbar and neck support. Delivery from Very was super fast, as always, and the chair was easy to put together.

Came fast, box was ripped and legs had scuffs/scratches. However overall condition of chair was good. Good value for money

Ordered for my son ,who wanted it for gaming and his school work. He really pleased with it and built it himself.Did have a problem with putting the wheels on but solved it.

Box was pierced when arrived which I noticed a few others said. Bit of a hassle to build too. The dust covers for the sides just don't fit on properly. Comfy though.
