Came with damaged and cracked pieces wanted to love this so bad but unfortunately this did it for me and the fact that they were only willing to give 20 of what I paid is ridiculous I buy so many things from this company it’s just disappointing

This item came damaged used and opened very disappointed in this item. I already have a complaint in with your office. I’m still waiting on what’s going on very disappointed in this product. When I open this product, it was already used. Pieces were already put together. Things were broken, and there was noboxes or bags for any of the screws nuts stuff like that they were already in the item or just laying around in the box, very disappointed in this.
