Genuine Leather Executive Chair with Headrest

Really disappointed with this chair I have had it less than 2 years and the 'leather' is already splitting and the seams are parting - Very Poor finishing. Had expected better for the price

This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. I have been sent the wrong part but I have now got a replacement and it is much better. Thank you

I bought this chair for my husband to use in his office. He likes it but it’s quite big. Comfortable but he also adds cushions.
