Good looking product and comfortable with longer/low arm rests (non adjustable), BUT product confusing and NOT as advertised. It does NOT have independent Back Tilt Ctrl! I thought as much but went for it anyway. For back tilt control one would have 3 levers or 2 levers with 3 functions. The side arms would have to be on the backrest and maybe swivel or on the base. Also considered Simple Stuff, SKU: QYB1028 and Inbox Zero, SKU: U003579002 Cheaper chairs had imitation leather and from reviews did not wear well.
