Unit arrived with damaged side panels. Unit looks as per the pictures, note instructions are very poor for this self assembly unit. The unit comes in four separate packages, the nuts and bolts as stated or the listed items were all there but fittings required to attach the bed frame to the hinges were not supplied and are not listed i supplied my own for speed of getting the bed frame completed so until this error is corrected it will continue with other customers. When installing the plastic capping's that hold the slats in place these are very brittle and not the best design.

Great bed and lovely quality. Instructions were very difficult to follow and pieces didn't quite match those pictured in the instructions - took three of us 4 hours! Bed came in a box marked 'fragile' with footprints all over it, needless to say the bed frame was damaged slightly.

will be Very pleased when replacement headboard arrives.

Originally sent the wrong size bed, then it was replaced very quickly. Husband put it together easily. However it’s the noisiest bed I have ever owned. Every time you move in bed it creaks to the point I can even hear it when sat downstairs. Not sure I’m 100 happy with the bed. It looks good but that’s about it. Not sure if we spray some WD40 on it, it may stop creaking.

The bed it's self looks lovely. But on the head board paint was scratched off the and the end of the bed there is a big dig along the top with paint missing
