Bed is very sturdy and I love the LED’s that are provided very nice design. I alsolove that you can add extra storage below and that it’s a very unique design and easy to style

Amazing bed, very durable

The bed was as expected, the customer service was appalling. The remote control for the led lighting was faulty so the lights would not work. Contacted customer service to be told they could not supply me with a replacement remote & offered me 10% off. I declined their offer as the ambient lighting was one of the reasons I chose the bed in the first place. I was then offered 35% off. I accepted this offer & sold the bed on as faulty. Why could they not just supply a replacement remote. I have purchased a new bed from elsewhere.
