called half an hour before delivery and was kept up to date by email the delivery drivers were very good. My delivery was delayed but Wayfair's Customer Service turned the situation around quickly after i called in and were very helpful and understanding so happy i can speak to a person quickly and efficiently. This silver crushed velvet bed is really nice. Quite easy to assemble. Long time waiting for the delivery. Good value for money.

Pretty easy instructions to follow via the YouTube video, took me a few hours. There are a few bits that aren’t the best, one piece of wood had to be left out as it was too long to fit where I needed to go and I wasn’t about to get my saw out at 11pm, thankfully not an essential piece (I hope). And when pulling the bed up and putting it back down, the plastic bits are a bit loud and clunky. But all in all it’s a really nice bed and what i was looking for.
