Penick Desk Chair PU Leather Office Chair Adjustable Height

I ordered two chairs from Wayfair on December 2nd, and to this day, I have not received either of them. The first delivery was scheduled for December 10th, but it never arrived. What’s worse, I received no notification or explanation as to why the delivery failed. After contacting the help desk, I was informed that the delivery was delayed until December 18th. I agreed to wait. Today, once again, there was no delivery, and, yet again, no communication from Wayfair about the delay. I had to reach out myself to inquire about the status of my order. I was given the exact same response: that the delivery was delayed and I should wait a few more days. When I requested a refund, I was told by the help desk representative that they couldn’t process it because they needed to wait three more days. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Wayfair’s lack of communication and inability to resolve such basic issues are shocking. I strongly advise against making any purchases with this company. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Apart from difficulty in putting all the different parts together and in finding the right length of screws for various holes available, the finished chair is excellent and exactly what I wanted. Much better than I had expected. It’s extremely comfortable and easy to operate.

Ordered this chair late on Tuesday evening with free delivery, expecting it to arrive the following week - and it arrived on Thursday afternoon, less than two days later. Easy to assemble and I've been delighted with it.

So happy with this purchase ! Perfect comfort while working and most importantly supports my back and arms while sitting drawing for hours!

Good chair. Fair quality for the price.
