Sorrento 120cm Sideboard

it needs to have clear instructions that the runners need separating to build this and say how to separate them. It was confusing without this information as I thought I hadn't been sent all the runners I needed to build the sideboard. I was offered replacement when I thought parts were missing which still haven't arrived more that 2 weeks later. I saw a review saying someone had been waiting 4 months for missing parts and as I move house on 6th December I cannot accept deliveries after that date ,I bought another one to get the parts I needed . To send back the second one which I do no need now I have finally worked out how the runners come apart, I am only offered a part refund or have to pay postage to return it ( 2 boxes which are very heavy to post) Once I build this, I am sure I will be happy with it but I am now out of pocket having un necessarily bought a second one due to how slow sending out spare parts is.

Lovely addition to my kitchen. Well made and good quality. Instructions to put together were easy to follow but tricky putting sliding top on. Love it

Took a while to set up on my own, but absolutely love it. Needed a ‘hidden’ desk and this works perfectly. With my Frame TV wall mounted above as a monitor, people don’t realise it’s my home office. Love it!
