Woodhollow Upholstered Counter Stool with Solid Wood Frame (Set of 2)

Was delivered on a random day not a date that was given.The items was damaged and hard to put together nothing lined up instructions poor.Was going to return to find a charge of 20 pounds for the privilege to sort out the issue.Chairs now look like they was bought from a seconds outlet.

AVOID, these don't even deserve one star!!! Had two sets of these delivered, one set was riddled with a WOODWORM infestation which is clearly visible in the photo attached and the other set was of poor quality with wood glue clearly visible and imperfections. Contacted Wayfair immediately and have had no apology, no explanation, just a refund (which I'm assuming will only be payable once they receive the return as I am yet to get it) and a return organised with no date given. I'm so disgusted with the fact I have received items in such a disgusting condition, and to say I'm disappointed at the way Wayfair have communicated is a complete understatement. I have never had an experience with another company whereby they have not addressed an issue I have raised with them regarding an order. To me it is rude and completely unacceptable to ignore a customer in such a way, especially considering the money they are asking for these chairs!!! I would not only avoid these chairs I would avoid Wayfair altogether as they are not in any way customer friendly.

Beautiful colour fabric. The legs are sturdy and also have a fab gloss finish. Really love them
