First Unit was clearly a customer returns or should have been sold in the outlet section as it had too many defects. I would personally recommend that you look at the front page of assembly as the details are much clearer than that of the step by step instructions Draws had to be adapted as the joints did not align correctly making both draws unusable. Cabinet doors guide holes again unaligned you would need to have spare time to make sure they are lined correctly both vertically and horizontally. The wood itself is not as solid as thought it would and needs reinforcing to make it more sturdy. We chose this style to compliment our skirting and paneling which from afar looks awesome and sophisticated however when you look at the paint work it looks like its been painted with a rag and then forgotten to be actually painted and this makes the wood and knots in the wood come thou. We are hoping the replacement sent will be what we actually order and shown in the photo
