The worst delivery experience I have ever experienced for any ‘online’ order ever !!! I had scheduled a handyman to assemble this furniture and due to Wayfair delivery delays .. the handyman isn’t available till tomorrow ( about 2 weeks after the product was delivered LATE ! ) It’s only a bit of furniture - but Wayfair please just deliver whenever you’ve ’committed to’ and not many weeks days after your own ‘scheduled date’ please ! Also had to follow up many times with the Wayfair team ( via WhatsApp ).. every day I was told something different. I can provide proof as this was on WhatsApp. Haven’t even opened the product ( yet ) as I’ll leave it to the ‘handyman’ Not a good experience on this occasion. At some point I was also told that my experience was due to the product coming from Poland .. but please note .. most of your products come from Brazil, China, Poland and other EU countries. I was given ‘excuses’ from beginning to end for this order and ‘different stories’ every time. My Credit Card was debited weeks before delivery too. I’m wandering how Wayfair can earn my trust again
