Cherry 80cm Wide Velvet Square Standard Ottoman

I’m reviewing 2 starts because of the delivery experience. The original item was lost and no one at Wayfair knew until I emailed on the expected date asking if it had been delayed. I ended up getting the item was late, because no one kept track of the delivery (I emailed on the 31st august, it was last seen on the 5th and no one noticed). Having said that though I do like the product, it’s exactly what I wanted, just the experience of purchasing has been extremely negative. Needless to say, I received the item much later then I paid for, and all anyone could do was to say sorry, which, frankly, is just not good enough.
