I issues with returning a table purchased on 29 November.
I requested a return within the appropriate timeframe, and initially everything seemed straightforward. However, the process has been completely mishandled since then. Two different delivery companies failed to collect the table. The table was delivered in two boxes, and the collection was refused because the delivery teams were not informed about the size and weight of one box (approximately 30 kg and 174 cm in height). As a result, they declined to collect it.
Since then, the situation has become extremely frustrating. I have contacted your customer service more than ten times. Each time, I received polite but empty promises that a “special team” would be arranged to collect the table. I was repeatedly asked to wait 24–48 hours, yet not a single follow-up email or confirmed collection date has been provided. It has now been over a month, with no resolution.
Most disappointingly, I was eventually advised to dispose of the table. This is unacceptable. The table is new and unpacked, and suggesting disposal shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for both the product and the customer. While donation was mentioned as an alternative, this is not realistic, as the table cannot be donated without the legs, which remain part of the incomplete return process.
I find it extremely disappointing that your company appears willing to waste perfectly usable furniture rather than properly arranging a suitable collection. This reflects very poorly on your customer service standards and environmental responsibility.
