Pataskala 102cm Wide Velvet Tufted Rectangle Solid Colour Ottoman with Storage

Arrived broken. I'd ordered the item for a Christmas present for my daughter and it was meant to arrive before Christmas however on the day I was expecting it to be delivered, I received a notification to say it was delayed. I kept checking my account and it continued to be delayed so I contacted Wayfair. I was told there was some issue with it in the warehouse and they'd need to reorder the item. The item was reordered and arrived yesterday but it was broken. The packaging was not sufficient (plastic and a few bits of thin cardboard) and was probably why the item was broken. It looked like it had been dropped. When I contacted Wayfair about it I was told that they couldn't get a replacement out until 23rd January. I had arranged to travel 3 hours to visit my daughter and take the item with me on the 21st January, including booking a hotel for one night (it's not possible for such a large item to be delivered to her as she lives in a flat with no safe place for it to be left, and is at work a lot so with not being able to select a delivery day, it would be too risky). It's incredibly inconvenient that the item won't arrive earlier. Wayfair were not proactive in addressing the delay on the item initially and have not offered compensation now I've been messed around further. I doubt I will trust Wayfair again.

Very well made with lovely velvet fabric covering

It’s nice enough as a piece of furniture and handy for extra storage, but the colour isn’t nearly as vibrant as pictured which is a little disappointing for the price.

It looks so great with my room. Its such good quality and its so soft. The storage space in it is amazing as well you could fit in so much in there.
