After only 4 years the seat coverings have cracked and peeled, I would have expected them to last longer as they are used infrequently?

After an initial problem with the stitching to the back of the chairs this was immediately resolved by sending a new pair. The service and delivery was far better than expected and a treat to deal with you. More orders to come.
