Carlea Bookcase

Great item. Arrived fully assembled. Good quality. I can finally put the grandchildren’s books away tidily.

Just what I was looking for as part of my reading nook. Shipped already assembled and arrived very well packed with no damage to the bookcase. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the bookcase design, and that it's solid wood. I ordered White Wash, and receive one that was a mauve gray, including the paint color on the backboard. I think I was sent the wrong item. It also had hand print smudges in a few places. Customer service has been frustrating. They don't listen well or give you a chance to speak or ask questions, keep interrupting, and don't get the correct information about the defect. I've had issues with accessing the website and finally figured out it might have something to do with using VPN and firefox, but they couldn't tell me that. I finally got someone who checked the status of the returns I submitted yesterday, asked for photos, corrected my description of defects, and explained how the return/refund process works these days. It's really hit or miss with the quality and customer service these days.

Great piece of furniture. Love it. Got the gray.

Poor craftsmanship. Paint globs, gaps. Not well made, looks cheap
