The bed is tricky to put together - instructions are not clear, but I would still have given 5 stars if it was a great bed. Things to note: it’s quite low - this may be because it has no bottom. The base of the bed just has a piece of black material - canvas style - velcroed just above the floor to the bed base. I’ve ordered two other beds from Wayfair & never seen this - they both have a proper wooden base which gives the bed more structural support. Without this the bed feels quite unstable & is incredibly difficult to move. The ottoman feature is difficult to pull as it is a black loop of material which is tricky to get out & then not great as a mechanism. With the other two beds, you just pull the actual bed - the loop is just not as smooth or easy. The bottom of the bed is quite large & easy to bump into. All in all it’s ok for the price, but honestly I’d avoid.
