Customer services offered ''spare parts''- I said it's ''part of the couch''. 2) Customer services said would have to send couch back at my own expense- I pointed to Consumer Rights Act-''burden'' for FAULTY goods eg Wayfair's burden. 3) Customer services said that ''if I wanted a refund, I would have to repackage the whole sofa, and put it back into the box''. ( the same couch that two of their/your burly delivery drivers struggled to carry-and me disabled. Again I pointed to the ''fairness'' regulation and its application to disabled etc persons- would have to be ''reasonable''. Not reasonable to expecting a disabled person to disassemble and replace most of the couch in one chunk back into box ( paid a person to assemble initially)-4)SMALL DISCOUNT GIVEN-rated on Trustpilot , so not to worry if you don't print this. DISGRACEFUL attitude/products, discovered more faults after
