I have had a very bad experience with this purchase. I was so excited when I recieved it. I had already emptied my room to make a space for my new bed. Unfortunately there are few parts missing which is why I couldn’t complete the assembly. My room has become a mess and I can’t sleep there. I was expecting my guests from abroad and now they are here and I am finish it too difficult to accommodate them. It’s so frustrating because when I contacted them for those missing items, it took so long around 10-15 days. I haven’t recieved the items yet. That’s so annoying. They said they have posted but I haven’t recieved it yet. I wanted them on Tim for a reason.
