It's as pictured (which is nice), simple with a little flair from the design. I bought these for a boardroom table that needed a lot of chairs to fit. The dimensions are great. The backrest is slightly shorter than I imagined so pay attention to the measurements if that will be an issue for you. One chair had a broken leg but Wayfair customer service rocks.
