Ordered this rocking chair a couple of days ago and it was delivered today. The box was quite flimsy and the chair was not sufficiently protected so I was not surprised to find that the rocker was cracked. Also, the cushions are quite hard so I do not think it will be a comfortable chair to use. However, a quick online chat with Wayfair and they have arranged a courier to collect the damaged item and offered a full refund.
