Bought grey chairs they delivered cream. Left box in entrance to our flats so had to get them up to 3rd floor. Finally got the right ones. Then had to wait for them to collect the cream ones Chairs are lovely now all sorted but such a hassle. Box even had cream on the outside !!!

The colour isn't same as online pictures, faulty item arrived and now wayfair do not resolve the issue. The manufacturers have to contact you to "resolve" the issues.
