Love it, took a little while to build and ensure it was secured to the wall firmly. Perfect for my needs

Built today. The boxes wasn’t in a specific order to open, so that took a while to sort before we started building. Everything was there. And I do love it. But another problem is that I got sent the wrong size bed. I ordered a king and got sent a double. Which I didn’t realise until I went to put the mattress on it and it didn’t fit. So I still can’t use it and have to sleep on the floor with the mattress until I hear back for a solutio.

The bed is, I presume, very good. However, after ordering, it took 3 weeks to ship. When it arrived, several parts were missing. After many emails and phone calls, it was agreed that, in 3 or 4 weeks time, they would get around to sending me the missing parts (and I received a small refund). 7 weeks after I placed the order, some of the replacement parts were sent to me. Unbelievably, some crucial brackets were still missing. These I have to get fabricated locally to avoid another month delay in constructing and using this item. Update: Wayfair have apologised profusely for their supplier's shortcomings and made substantial reparations for the problems. Can't fault their response time & willingness to help.

Very nice and sturdy bed. Confusing grouping of screws in different bags, could have been made easier.
