I opened the packaging only to find the item scratched. Normally, I’d tolerate something like this and perhaps try to wipe it clean or touch up the scratches with a fine paintbrush in the future. However, what’s even worse is that they’ve sent this package with no labels. The instructions state that you should start building with item G, but there are six identical pieces, and none of them are labelled. How on earth am I supposed to know where to begin? I’ve now fully unpacked this product, and I’m faced with the hassle of repacking it and sending it back for a return. What an absolute waste of time. I really should have checked the reviews before purchasing.

Chips easily managed to get 2 chips putting it together and it arrived with a chip thankfully on the underside. Instructions were not good all visual only not worth the money

The worst service ever! The courier you have chose to use (Parcel Force) are absolutely shocking. No tracking information provided from Wayfair or Parcel Force, delivery attempted 4 times but I was never told when the delivery was happening so no one was home. In the end I collected the parcel from the depot. Started to build the desk only to discover that I haven’t been given all the parcels and half the desk was missing. Still trying to get hold of Wayfair to resolve this issue. Absolutely awful service.

Came all scratched up with paint droplets / seemed like it had been used/ although replaced by wayfair I personally think the quality is very cheap compared to the price. Don’t like it all. Very cheap looking, cheaply manufactured and the finishing is horrible. The gloss is not gloss unless it was because my desk was used and had no shine what so ever. Not happy with purchase.

Cheaper on alternate sites

Instructions are not very good had to build it without using them, there was a few chips and holes were not drilled so have to drill them yourself
