It was a lovely chair, just wish the sofa had arrived too, as was ordered at the exact same time. Never arrived, total refund was only solution after return of chair.

Absolute great recliner, the massage and heat function are excellent easy to put together and service was excellent. Delivered on time and brought inside the door.
