My first chair had a fault but after contacting customer services a replacement was sent I am delighted with my new chair look forward to many years use from it. Apart from the reclining function I also love the massage heat functions for my old muscles.

With the massager and heat makes it a good overall chair but partner didn't like the controls the footrest and chair move together would of preferred it to move separately

Was delivered one day ago looks good quality. Very comfortable all aspects in working order. Easy to assemble. Colour as described very happy so far.
