Very pleased with these chairs. I use the massage setting at least once a day, while my wife loves the heating part.

Do not purchase these chairs as after 9 months the springs are coming through the seat and they are extremely uncomfortable. They were not cheap at £1000 and I expected much better.

After a few months, the filling in the armrest on the left side completely disappeared, I undid the stitching to see what happened and there was an empty space there and the filling had collapsed into the bottom of the armrest, the only thing that had kept it up in that short time was a piece of CARDBOARD. Never again. Shoddy workmanship.
