Executive Chair

Wrong item initially delivered, then when correct order arrived, Item delivered with a tear in the leather of the seat cushion (I sent photos of this to you). Back of chair would not attach to seat as screw holes seem to be in incorrect place. I am still waiting for this to be collected from my flat together with the previous item which was initially delivered and which is completely wrong. I have now been refunded and am now urgently awaiting collection of the incorrect items. I have today telephoned you and have been advised that the delivery company have refused to collect the two items from my order. This is not good enough!!!! I was very clear with what I ordered, you got the whole thing wrong from start to finish. Post Script. I phoned Wayfair again today, 23rd February, but was told you cannot collect these items from my home, despite the fact that I pointed out that you have a legal requirement to collect incorrect/damaged items. Quite honestly, I am appalled and very disappointed. I have fulfilled my side of this but you have messed up at every stage of my ordering process, and now you won't even collect what you incorrectly delivered, despite the fact that you have a legal requirement to do so, and have left it to me to try to find a way to get rid of the two large boxes of chairs which are also quite heavy. .

Really comfortable, good quality, easy to assemble - excellent buy.

Quality of product ok, One of the arm rest didnt align up with fixing holes. Had to try bending the arm to align. Stitching at the top of back rest uneven, leather looks crooked. Leaver arms under chair very difficult to push on to marked position.

Not genuine leather and no adjustable back as advertised. First class service as waifair refunded before collection. Well done.

Very comfortable and a good design.
