Guillen Computer Desk

I am extremely unhappy with this product as you sent me the wrong colour. Some of the pieces were damaged and I had to use wood glue to keep them together. The colour of the draw also does not match the rest of the desk, as you gave me the wrong colour plank (white). The instructions were also extremely hard to understand and read. Because I really needed to use the desk I decided to continue building and using it hit I am extremely unhappy with this product. You should ensure that you send the right product to your customer, with the right pieces, with good quality, and ensure that the customer can easily build it, which you have failed at. I’m extremely disappointed and need this refunded as well as delivering the right product to me, fully fitted/fixed instead of flat packed. Thank you.

Happy with purchase however the instructions are not very good. I am no DIYer so maybe that doesn't help. I got on live chat to request more detailed instructions & was given the manufactures website but you have to be a member to access that. I was told the agent sent an email to the manufacturer & I would receive a reply with a few days but that hasn't arrived. Overall happy with purchase but not the instructions or customer service.

Bought during the first lockdown, been great for working from home. Spacious desk allowing for dual screen and yet not feeling cluttered

Tricky to put together but looks good

Easy to put together except for drawer alignment. Needs to be more specific on placement as a result drawer does not close fully. Once assembled it is impossible to remove to correct. Otherwise a good desk.
