Executive Chair with Headrest

Really nice chair and exactly what I needed to work in comfort all day. So easy to put together as well. Would have been 5 star but box badly damaged (didn’t affect the chair) upon delivery and zip catches missing from back of head rest.

Fab chair, really comfy and sturdy. Well worth the money.

this is just what I needed, i'm in the office for hours everyday and this chair is just so comfortable and the lumbar support helps my back so yes I would recommend this to everyone.

The chair arrived quickly after ordering, unfortunately it's was badly damaged and even had an attempted worse repair which I thought was quite disgusting to send it out in that condition. Wayfair customers services were very apologetic and arranged a replacement very promptly. The chair itself is good quality and feels strong. It is quite hard, there is not a lot of cushioning in its fabric, this may soften after further use but from the pictures online I thought it would be a bit softer. The other thing is, it's 80mm higher than it should be according to specs. This isn't too bad for me being 6ft4" but for average people in my family it's too high. Their feet barely touch the floor and sitting at a normal height desk is a bit of a reach even for me, but I tend to recline in the chair. The mistake in the height seems to be they haven't included the casters on the Base. All in all I would recommend the chair for tall/large people. Good luck.
