Really late delivery. Item was not complete. Missing parts.. The bookcase it self I'm happy with...even tho not complete ..now waiting on a replacement, which is due next month...NOT GOOD, NOT HAPPY.,, lucky you have a amazing costumer service 10 out of 10 too the two ladys I spoke too... thank you to ben..
