Luanna Executive Chair

The chair looks great in the photos, it was easy to assemble but in reality its cheap and not at all robust. It states can take up to maximum of 120kg weight, I'm 70kg and it has already started to wear out. the arms cannot be adjusted though the height can. The massage feature is not massage more of a loud vibration that gets annoying after a while. As a result of this chair I have shoulder back and neck pain, its poorly built. I bought it in May within 6 months its worn out. I do not use it daily. Its used just at the weekends for approx 6 hours in my office. the description on the website is misleading. I would send it back if I could. I have so many sores after use of just a few hours my shoulder and arms hurt as well as my lower back. I've attached photos. Safe your money! The website states made in the UK but it was made in China, very misleading!
