Where do I start, took the day off for delivery and it didnt come. Rang them for them to tell me its out of stock. Surely shouldve been notified, so 2 weeks without a sofa it came and both pieces damaged. Reported it and 11 days later with no response I had to get in touch again. Again out of stock, but I was told I could arrange collection after my new one was delivered. Anyway at 10pm on the same night I get a message from the delivery company saying theyll be coming at 9.30am the next day to collect so heres me without a sofa again till my new one comes. Fast forward to when my sofa eventually comes, again damaged but I honestly cant be bothered to go through all of this again so Ill just put up with it. If there wad an option for zero stars I wouldve selected that
