I had thought the two Savannah Headboards I ordered were carefully wrapped until I realised that the PVC bagging had been staple-gunned directly into the wooden backing board of the headboards themselves.
Are my relatives & friends going to need a pack of plasters at their bedside when they come to stay?
I know that industrial strength staple-removers exist because I did once own one, which remains in the shed of the house we have rented out before moving into a rental property of our very own, in the UK.
I did not feel the need to bring the remover with me as I had no intention of firing incredibly tough staples into any of the fixtures or fitting of someone else's house.
So why did you guys feel the need to do this? Buy some more tape FFS.
Also I have fixing bolts for the Double bed sized headboard (yet no instructions for fixing) but no fixing bolts were included with the Kingsize one. (also without instructions).
Perhaps if your competitive prices were levelled at a point where you could rely on your (suppliers') staff being committed to their repetitive & heavily time-constrained work, you wouldn't have angry customers experiencing such 'not fit for purpose' issues.
Perhaps one of those two delivery journeys you expended on two separate days could've been delivering the right parts & some instruction of how best to proceed.
So what now? How do I get the necessary bits? No instructions also means no contact details, or direct method of recourse if there is an issue. Who needs to help me with supply of these bolts?
