Hi why I’ll keep you honest rubbish no good at all

When purchased 55 Very good sofa. Easy to assemble. Review after 6 months one of the springs inside of the sofa is faulty and is uncomfortable to sit on the sofa. I have raised this with the supplier and they were unable to help. I have raised this with the customer support service more than 5 times and they still have no solution. Do not recommend.

Sofa looks really nice (very firm tho). Not sure yet if it will be comfortable as bed. Shame that there is an issue after it got assembled. The rattling noise. I hope it will get solved.

Lovely sofa, nice soft fabric, comfy to sit on, not too firm, not too soft. For a maximum of 3 people. Haven’t tried the sleeping function yet. The delivery however was a nightmare as it was bound to be delivered to our holiday home and it got delayed several times and nobody to get hold off to discuss new delivery date etc It finally arrived when we had just left and it got dropped in our front garden. Similar negative delivery experience with another item from Wayfaire…

Looks great, solidly built. Firm but comfortable, easy to assemble, quite spacious as a bed, also can assemble left or right handed. Really happy with it.
