Order arrived damaged, all the panels and every piece was damaged. It wasn't properly packed otherwise it would have been ok. Returned and got full refund. Gutted cause we really liked it but was affraid to order again and end up same.

There had been 3 attempts to deliver this order, 2 to the wrong address, third to given deliver to address on order. When it finally arrived, the packaging was badly broken and the item was damaged. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to arrange return, but when invited to chose a date, was informed that only 3 labels issued, but there are 5 parcels. They advised that they would only pick up 3 . I am being given a refund, but requested a replacement, therefore had to reorder and was then told that the item had gone up by £30. After more discussion, Finally paid original price of £919. Following further phone call, was advised that a new order for pick up had been arranged with 5 labels. A further invite came to chose another pick up date , again only 3 labels . No idea how this will be resolved.
