Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. The fabric feels cheap, the frame squeaks, and setting up a return for their mistake has been an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.
