Ady Velvet Office Chair

Ordered 2 Desk chairs on Nov 27th. One arrived OK. The second still has not arrived with a delivery date of Jan 3rd after Christmas . A Christmas present for my 9 year old Grandaughter. Very disappointing not having it in time as it was ordered well on time. Over a month is terrible service. Contacted customer services to no avail. Not happy at all

Great chair, very comfortable. But I wanted to return it due to the colour not matching my bedroom and I cannot dismantle part B from A as the instruction leaflet only shows you how to put it together so I’ve had to return it fully dismantled. Not very happy.

This chair looks lovely and is comfortable to sit in, and the green colour is lovely - photos are accurate. I bought it as a chair for work, and the only reason I didn't give a 5 is because of the following: the back and arms are lower than I expected (less support), and I'm not sure that there is Lumbar support to qualify it to be ergonomic as stated. Having said that, it is comfortable, and I didn't want to pay the earth for an ugly chair that offset the fact I sit down all day. Very easy to put together!
