When it arrives to us it had clearly been used. By the packaging at first then on opening there was a tear in it, 3 of the legs already had the sponge floor protector stickers on , you could see that they were not used . One of the legs is bent, the material itself has a tear in. They are trying to say I am not eligible for a refund. Had a similar problem with using Wayfair a few years ago. Buy with caution from this site....if I could put o stars I would

Love this chaise longue, the perfect size for my small music room!

Bought the yellow one, which looks great in my conservatory. Should have gone for something a little longer but pleased with it nevertheless. Well packed and prompt service, as usual

The seat looks lovely but the legs were missing. I ordered replacement parts . Several days later the replacement parts order has been cancelled. by a standard email. The legs were said to be in a hidden zipped compartment. There is no zipped compartment and no legs. I have now been given another date for replacement parts to arrive, 5 days later than original date. Assuming that this replacement order is not cancelled again. I I have not been able to make contact with anyone as the chat bot thing would not type and there is no phone number. I am getting close to sending the whole thing back which would be a shame as it does look lovely. But not with no legs
