Barr Upholstered Bed

A lovely looking bed but when delivered all the buttons on the headboard and footboard were rusted. So asked for a replacement bed which took 2 weeks to receive after chasing up for update. And the replacement bed was exactly the same! On a good note though the women I talked to on the phone after the 2nd bed arrived was really lovely and helpful in the refund process.

This bed is so faulty ,very low quality.i regret ever purchasing it . The frame just keeps breaking and falling apart

All 4 feet parts of the bed are rusty and damaged! Are they sto be brand new Quite disappointing.

I dont know where to start!. The delivery of the largest part of the bed was awful. The driver phoned on his way out of the parking informed me that my delivery was downstairs. He said he isnt paid enough to bring it upstairs!. The headboard is good to look at and that us all, the rest of the bed is a waste, the legs are not steady and slates keep falling off. I spoke to one of wayfairs customer services and she was fabulous. She assisted in requesting for what I hoped was better slates. Only for the delivery to arrive and I discovered part of the slates were wet with moulds all over!. The wood had expanded due to water that has gone in therefore cannot be used or even fit in the plastic. So thats me fed up already, I dont see any hope with this bed and will be asking for a refund. Avoid!

Lovely bed and excellent value for money initially except it slowly broke apart quite quickly, the wood is actually like MDF, very weak inside the headboard and now totally broken, to the point of having to buy a new one
