Septimus Rocking Chair

The seat was quite small, smaller than expected but the quality of the material and workmanship is lovely. Just disappointed as in the pictures the legs are all black but the rocking base was light wood which I was disappointed about - this was slightly misleading and doesn’t look quite right which is disappointing. I will have to paint the base which isn’t ideal.

False advertising, product advertised is not the one you buy!!! I ordered a velvet rocking chair, paying £99. I had spotted other velvet rocking chairs elsewhere for less than this but opted for this one as the pictures were advertising a midnight blue chair on black legs and black runners (feet). I liked the fact it had black runners as it gave the chair a very classystreamlined look. However, upon receiving the product it was definately not what I ordered. The product was more royal blue and the runners were beech wood, as well as the finish of the fabric underneath being shoddy. I phoned and spoke to a man who assisted with the return and cancellation of my order. As I had noticed a few reviews on the website stating the runners they received were also beech wood, I asked the customer service agent if I was sent the wrong product and if the product advertised with the black runners was available to send. After looking at various reviews and returns the agent confirmed that the product is not actually available and the manufacturer have sent them the wrong product picture for the website. Essentially the product I received is what i ordered, but not what I thought I was ordering. The agent stated he would raise this. This was a number of weeks ago. The product I ordered was the Agustin blue velvet rocking chair which is still being advertised as a velvet rocking chair with black runners. It was admitted by the agent (and evidenced by the reviews) that the product advertised is not the product they sell. This is false advertising and Wayfair are not doing anything to rectify this!!! Really happy, got the chair for our boys nursery which is safari themed, love the green makes it have more jungle vibes! Only thing is the feet are a different colour to the legs which is different to photo advertised - I had seen someone else say this in a review so was prepared for this!

Amazing quality! Fabric is so soft to touch!
