I received this beautiful blue ottoman with a button missing on the top cushion. I was really disappointed. Talked with customer service on the chat and they resolved my problem. They decided to send me another top cushion for the ottoman. I wouldn't need to return anything, yay!! I sure hope it comes in good condition. Other than that the ottoman is very stable and all the feet were with it. It's a velvety upholstery that is soft but of sturdy quality.
