It is a sturdy bed and easy to assemble

It's a beautiful bed but a few things you could do to improve the build process - add pre drilled holes for the wheels on the base, it took forever and it was so tricky to add the wheels on. The velcro long pieces of wood for the slats were on the wrong way round but we made it work and there is a large gap between the scallops and the main bed which is fine but the main pic doesn't show that, but other images do. It's a little fiddly. Oh also the end pieces of velvet grey, there was a hand drawn area for where I needed to add the plastic pieces.. wasn't too accurate! We love it though it's very nice and sturdy. Just a couple ways to improve for a large price tag
