My kids and I love the look and the fact that it is comfortable to sit on and reclines well.

The sofa is well made with high quality materials. Both the back rest and the seat are well padded with plenty foam which makes very Comy to seat and relax. The recliner works well and noiseless. The USB charging port made it even more relaxing, no need to carry charger around. I will definitely recommend this product.

Start on a possitive note, the Sofa's are of good quality & lovely & comfy. The delivery service on the other hand was total rubbish!! The delivery arrived, they asked where the sofa's are going my daughter said just into the first room to the right through the front door. (This room was all cleared/emptied & ready) The sofas arrived in two large boxes, they tried with the first box to get it through the front door, they said there is no way it will fit. Our front door is a normal size door (Not a narrow one) My daughter said can it be unpacked & taken in. Thier reply was they do not have authority to open the boxes, my daughter said she can open them, they said no! both boxes was just placed outside the front door & thier leaving comment was they didn't have time as they have over 30 more deliveries to make. We paid for a delivery service & on the order page it states (Delivery Method - Your Room of Choice) My daughter had to call me away from work as she was on her own having to try & keep an eye on the boxes. There was no way that I could move the sofa's due to a back injury, so I had to call friends round to help. Not inpressed at all as this kepted me away from work for over an hour. Over to you Wayfair how you intend to resolve this issue!!
