Beautiful sofa, and the delivery team was fantastic—they even helped catch my dog when she ran into the street! Sadly, I noticed damage only after assembly, but customer service handled it well with a great solution.

Not happy at all, very fragile and noisy when you seat down

The sofa looks ok once you've worked out how to put it together (to get the arms on you have to affix the threaded rods to the arms. What the basic one-page pictoral-only instructions don't tell you is you have to then open up the underside of the sofa (which is luckily zipped) and push the rods in through the lining (make holes in it) to then put the bolts on (see pics taken to help anyone else who will find the instructions pretty unhelpful). The sofa cushions themselves are quite firm but the biggest issue I have is the noise they make when you touch them. The 'foam' rubbing against the material covering them is almost too much and I hope it calms down through use. If you're going to use this as a bed it'll be like sleeping on a creaking ship.
