Kenly Unfinished TV Stand for TVs up to 70"

Bought this tv unit, arrived damaged! Also bought a different sideboard a week earlier, also arrived damaged! Still waiting for replacement parts which haven’t turned up yet, will never buy off Wayfair again! Totally unprofessional and shabby products!

This item arrived damaged and unusable. It is proving to be impossible to contact anyone from Wayfair! I initially reached an agent via the chat option and I duly uploaded the photographs of the damaged goods as asked. Since then I have heard nothing; the chat option to contact an agent doesn't work anymore so I used the text option. Somebody replied to ask about the problem so I replied and then heard nothing else. I am very frustrated and annoyed. I am hoping that writing this as a review will elicit a response.

Good sturdy tv unit and looks lovely. A bit fiddly to fit, especially attaching the legs to the base, as the screws were too short and kept falling into the leg. You would need a magnetic screw driver ideally.

Black/gold TV stand. Looks looks exactly like the picture. It's not very easy to assemble, though. It requires glueing parts together and waiting some time for them to stick to each other properly, so it'll take a bit of time to put it all together in one piece, and it'll take two people. Also, a bit overpriced; for the material it is made of it should not cost more than €300.

Bei der Lieferung fehlten Teile. Die Aufhängungen für die Tür-Scharniere waren nicht dabei. Habe reklamiert und bis jetzt (zwei Wochen später) diese Teile noch immer nicht erhalten. Das lowboard steht nun seit fast drei Wochen unfertig montiert bei meiner Tochter im Zimmer - Mega nervig....
